Voted out women at the power - live dangerously

Almost the half of all former executive politicians at federation and cantons area has stepped down involuntarily. Why have it for politicians in Switzerland so heavily? The women have been passed over more once on December 10th, 2003, twenty years after the historical not choice of the first official Bundesrat candidate Lilian Uchtenhagen and ten years after the just as legendary not choice of Bundesrat candidate Christiane Brunner. Ruth Metzler Arnold was out catapulted from the Land government, not elected the official candidate Christine Beerli by the Swiss parliament. Why so many women not into the executive one make it?
