Delivering area
The area for the delivery of our products confines itself to Switzerland and Europe, Australia and Asia.

Collection in branch office
In principle, products can be ordered by everybody using our online shop. Orders may be collected directly from the office as agreed between swissboxx and the purchaser.

Mail-order
The delivery of orders by mail is provided by Swiss mail up to a maximum of 30 kg’s. The transportation costs are incurred per delivery and are determined by the weight of the package that is to be delivered. At normal dispatch in Switzerland the transport time of your order by mail takes between 2-3 working days. When deliveries are sent by express mail the time will be determined by the post system in the respective country. For normal orders to all other countries we calculate 10 days delivery time. We of course cannot assume any liability for possible delays in shipment by the Swiss mail and other mail services.

List of charges for normal delivery in Switzerland:
weight up to 250 grams = CHF 3.50
weight up to 1 kg = CHF 6.00
weight up to 2 kg = CHF 8.00
weight up to 5 kg = CHF 9.00
weight up to 10 kg = CHF 10.00
weight up to 20 kg = CHF 16.00
weight up to 30 kg = CHF 23.00

The normal mail rates apply to foreign countries depending on the respective country.

goods up to the value of CHF 199.00 CHF = 45.00
goods with the value from CHF 199.00 to CHF  599.00 CHF = 52.00
goods up to the value of CHF 599.00 = CHF 80.00

List of charges for cash on delivery:
goods up to the value of CHF 199.00 = CHF 24.00
goods with the value from CHF 199.00 to CHF 599.00 = CHF 28.00
goods up to the value of CHF 599.00 = CHF 36.00
goods up to the value of CHF 1000.00 = CHF 80.00
