Conditions
The following delivery terms are specific for on-line ordering and for the commercial traffic between swissboxx and the internet user.

Delivery
All products ready in stock are immediately delivered. Where this is not the case a written order confirmation is carried out with the expected delivery date. When an item forms part of an order (more than one item) and the item is not available then no transportation costs are billed for the subsequent delivery. Swissboxx internet shop is not liable for delays in shipment in any case.

Prices
All prices quoted for products on the swissboxx site are standard prices, these are adapted to the market constantly and includes 6 % Swiss VAT (“Mehrwertsteuer”) excluding packaging and shipping. The price for each product purchased is reflected on your order and will remain the price regardless of any subsequent price changes we make. Transport insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Depending on the regulations in your country, local taxes and/or additional fees may apply. All additional charges must be paid by the recipient.

Payment
All prices are calculated as net prices. Our invoices have to be paid as of the invoice date without any discounts within 10 days at the latest. In the case of non-compliance of this period of payment our company is authorized to require a default interest of 6 %. We reserve the right to carry out orders from new customers and from existing customers and whether payment should be cash on delivery or cash in advance.

Reservation of title
The goods remains the property of swissboxx until the complete payment of the invoice.

Technical data/changes/design
Swissboxx internet shop isn´t a producer of the offered products. All technical information, data and measurements are based on the information from the manufacturers in question. For any faults with information received from the manufacturer, swissbox will not be held liable. This particularly applies to the result of damages and costs resulting from it.

Guarantee
The guarantee period is 1 year provided that nothing else is noted down in the sales documents. The guarantee commences from the invoice date. Defects must be reported in writing within 2 weeks after discovery. The invoice is regarded as a "guarantee". The faulty material has to be sent with a copy of the invoice for rights to claim under guarantee. Damages because of change or repair which were caused by the customer or because of wear and tear, acts of god as well as disdain of the operating instructions are excluded from the guarantee.

Complaints and return
Complaints must be reported in writing 2 weeks as of date of invoice, otherwise is regarded as accepted. A right of return of 2 weeks applies to current articles under the following conditions as of date of invoice: All material must be sent back in practically new condition and in faultless original packing, a copy of the invoice must be included and a letter indicating why the product was returned.
